🏖️ Sandbox, your new playground

Simulate remuneration strategies by using the new sandbox feature. Play around with campaign settings and test before launching.

  • Adjust your remuneration plans and test different scenarios

  • Involve your management in campaign simulations for a better collaboration

  • Train your HR teams on compensation

🛠️ How to?
When finishing your configuration, click Launch sandbox. When you feel comfortable launching it for real, switch with Launch campaign.


📏 Define your pay rise rules

Customize your remuneration model with rules on promotions and general increases.

  • Set promotion recommendations, minimum and/or maximum increase guidelines.

  • Reviewers will be notified when conducting their review.

💰 Allocate bonuses

You can now allocate bonuses in your salary review campaigns.

  • Annual performance bonuses based on the achievement of performance targets, derived from the contractual variable pay

  • Exceptional bonuses: one-time bonuses to eligible employees.

⚠️ Bonus budget is not handled separately from the total budget.
