The updated employee form clearly differentiates between HRIS-imported and Figures-specific data, making data management from the People tab straightforward and intuitive.

Managing employee mapping across large teams can be cumbersome, especially when it involves sifting through individual entries or needing to make multiple updates at once.

To meet these demand, we’ve optimized spreadsheet processing to make uploads faster and identify errors more clearly, so you can easily spot and resolve any issues.
This update also supports custom remuneration items, enabling accurate imports tailored to your unique compensation data.

To support expanding companies with compensation data growing, our advanced filters now support detailed salary analysis by range and compa-ratio, offering sharper insights.
These enhanced tools allow for clear, refined views of compensation patterns, helping you make well-informed decisions based on precise, data-driven insights and maintain pay equity.
Compensation review
🗓️ Pro-rata budget calculations for cycles based on start dates
Increases are adjusted by the portion of the year they’re in effect.
For example, an increase on January 1st will count as 100% of the 2025 budget, while an increase on April 1st will count as 75%, since the employee is on their previous salary for the first three months.
🛠️ In your Compensation Review campaign configuration, go to Budget and thick the Prorated budget impact in the advanced budget settings. Add the Budget start date.
⚡️ Budget impact tracking for exceptional bonuses
You can now choose to include exceptional bonuses from the budget, providing a clearer view of regular budget allocations and minimizing unplanned spending adjustments.
🛠️ In the configuration of your Compensation Review campaign, go to Compensation elements > Exceptional bonuses > tick the box Include exceptional bonuses in the total budget.
🍬 Bulk reviewer permissions management
Grant permissions to multiple reviewers at once instead of going through each reviewer individually. Now, managing permissions takes just a few clicks, allowing you to focus on strategic review tasks rather than administrative setup.

🔒 Secure file sharing
To reduce the risks of sharing sensitive files through email, our team can now securely share files with you directly within Figures.
The File Manager enables a two-way, secure exchange, keeping sensitive files within the platform. Access is strictly controlled, with visibility limited to selected users only, ensuring confidentiality for shared documents.
