As a manager, your primary responsibility is to review each team member's performance and current compensation. Accessing the Compensation Review module
To begin the review process, log in to your Figures account and navigate to the Compensation Review section. Here, you'll find the active review campaign for your team. Upon entering, you'll be greeted by your dashboard, which serves as your command center throughout the review process.
Understanding Your Dashboard
Your dashboard provides an overview of your tasks:
Off-cycle reviews assigned to you or requested by you. These are salary increases that occur outside the standard cycles.
Standard salary review campaigns. These are configured by your HR administrators and take place once or twice a year.

The budget allocated to your team
Depending on your organisation's configuration, you can see the budget allocated to you and how it is used in real time. If you have access to it, it helps you track spending when making remuneration decisions.

This tool shows how many reviews you've completed and how many are pending.

The main section of your dashboard displays a list of all the employees you need to review, including their current status and key remuneration details.
