Campaign summary
Before launching, review the key details of your campaign:
Eligible employees: the number of employees included in the review
Reviewers: the total number of reviewers involved
Start date: the official beginning of your review period
End date: the deadline for completing all reviews
⚠️ Important: Check for any warnings, such as reviewers without Figures access. Address these issues before launching to ensure a smooth review process.
Sandbox mode
Sandbox mode allows you to test your campaign configuration without affecting the live system. Here's how to use it:
Locate the Sandbox section on the Launch Campaign page.
Click Start sandbox to begin testing.
Sandbox mode allows you to verify that your configuration works as intended, ensuring all settings are correctly applied. Most importantly, this mode lets you impersonate managers, giving you the exact view they will have during the review process.
Launch the campaign
After testing in sandbox mode and addressing any issues:
Return to the Launch Campaign page.
Review the campaign summary one last time.
If everything looks correct, confirm your decision to start the live campaign.
⚠️ Once launched, certain aspects of the campaign cannot be changed, so double-check all settings.
