🛠️ How to?
Go to Data & integrations > Spreadsheet > Follow this step by step guide or consult our article on How to import employee data through spreadsheet
⬇️ Export your employee data from Figures
Manage and analyse your workforce outside Figures. This new feature also allows you to keep track of the market data history of your employees.
🛠️ How to?
People Tab > Toggle "Market data positioning" at the top right (if applicable) > Export
New in Salary Bands
✂️ Split bands into tiers for more data granularity
If you want more detail on where your employees are on the range, you can now configure the display of your bands and choose to divide them into halves (by default), thirds or quarters.
Soon, we'll likely add the possibility of filtering employees according to their tier within the range, to facilitate decision making based on position within the range.
🛠️ How to?
Go to Salary Bands Configuration > Structure > Configure tiers (optional) > Choose the option that best suits your needs
❌ Delete salary bands
As you can now create salary band drafts, we've also added the option of deleting them if you need to. ⚠️ Be careful as this action is irreversible!
🛠️ How to?
Salary Bands > Select the version > Select the band you'd like to delete > At the very bottom right, open Danger Zone > Delete this band
New in Compensation Review
🧙🏻 Total cash, OTE, Base salary or Variable pay... choose your salary display
Amounts in columns Current salary / Recommendation / Increase / New salary can now be displayed as:
Total cash: base salary + individual variable pay + other bonuses
Base salary: compensation, excluding bonuses
On target earning (by default): base salary + variable bonuses
Variable pay: variable bonus only
The default display between Total Cash or OTE can be changed in the campaign configuration. Once done, it will also show "Other bonus" + "Total cash" rows in the employee form details.
🛠️ How to?
Go to Campaign configuration > Campaign set up / Compensation items > Salary display > Choose between Total Cash or OTE
⬇️ Export your campaign details (Google Sheet or Excel)
