The Analytics feature in Figures provides powerful insights into your compensation review process. It allows you to examine key metrics, identify trends, and ensure fairness across your organization. Regular use of these analytics throughout your campaign is crucial for maintaining oversight and making informed decisions.

The Analytics page provides a comprehensive set of KPIs, including:

  • Review and promotion budgets

  • Average increase

  • Percentage of employees receiving an increase

  • Manual adjustment rate

  • Promotion rate

  • Highest and lowest increases

  • Average compa-ratio

  • Range penetration

  • Pay gap analysis

These KPIs offer a quick overview of your campaign's outcomes and help identify trends or issues.

Filtering and grouping data

To dive deeper into your data:

  • Use the Filter option to focus on specific dimensions such as:

    • Business units

    • Managers

    • Teams

    • Countries

    • Any other relevant dimension in your organization

  • And/or use the Group by feature to break down data by various factors like:

    • Gender (to ensure equal treatment)

    • Department (to compare across different areas of the business)

    • Level (to analyze progression and pay equity)

    • Any other relevant dimension in your organization

Analyzing specific metrics

  • Budget utilization: Ensure you're staying within allocated budgets

  • Manual adjustments: High rates may indicate issues with initial recommendations

  • Compa-ratio and range penetration: Ensure salaries are appropriately positioned within ranges
