Sync salary data updates into live campaigns
You can now sync updated salary data (base salary, variable pay, bonus, FTE coefficient) for employees already in the campaign. This ensures your decisions are based on the latest available data.
💡 How to use it? Simply trigger a data sync to refresh salary information without manually updating each employee.
⚠ Budgets won’t automatically update when syncing salary data. Be mindful of potential discrepancies.
📆 Annual vs monthly salary display
Figures now supports both annual and monthly salary displays across all relevant areas, including budgets, recommendations, and individual salary views.
Salary figures now align with your company’s compensation model, preventing errors in budget calculations.
💡 How does it work? The setting is stored per employee, ensuring correct calculations even for companies with a 13th-month salary structure.
📄 Contract types now collected and filterable
We now automatically sync employee contract types (CDI, CDD, freelancer, apprentice, etc.) from your HRIS—displayed in a new column and filterable across employee tables. This update gives you better control and visibility, especially during compensation reviews.
Why does it matter?
✔ You can easily filter by contract types for eligibility during salary reviews.
✔ Freelancers, apprentices, or other non-standard contracts are no longer excluded from the process.
🧮 FTE automatically factored into calculations
Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) coefficients are now fully considered across salary calculations, making part-time salaries more accurate. It ensures fairness in compensation reviews by reflecting real salaries rather than assuming full-time equivalents.
What changes?
✔ The correct FTE salary is displayed in the campaign.
✔ Budget and recommendations automatically adjust based on actual working hours.
👀 New reviewer filtering: Full visibility into reporting lines
Reviewers can now filter recommendations not only by their direct reports but also by any reviewers below them. This allows senior managers to drill down into their teams’ recommendations, and provides better oversight for top-level reviewers, ensuring fair and consistent salary adjustments across teams.
How to use it? When filtering recommendations, select “Direct Reports” and choose a reviewer to see all employees under their supervision.
📊 Budget and progress tracking: New ‘Direct Reports’ filter
No more navigating through different screens, we’ve improved budget tracking for managers reviewing multiple teams. This makes reviewing and managing compensation budgets much easier. Now they can:
✔ Switch between the overall budget and direct reports’ budgets.
✔ Use the new ‘Direct Reports’ filter to instantly adjust views for budgets, progress, and employees.
