Access your active compensation review campaign
Click on the Overview tab
This page allows you to:
Monitor the overall budget and its usage
Quickly view the progress of all reviews
Filtering and analyzing reviews
To efficiently navigate through reviews:
Use the filter option to focus on specific dimensions (e.g. Managers, Business units, Performance ratings, Promotions, or any other relevant dimension in your organization).
Use the search bar to find a specific employee
Click on an employee's name to open their detailed review
In the detailed view, you can:
Check the review's progress through different reviewers
Read reviewers' comments and justifications
Ensure guidelines are being followed
Quickly identify anomalies or cases requiring special attention
