How to import your data

⚠ Choose only one of the two following options. Otherwise some compensation may be included twice.

In Data & Integrations > Spreadsheet > Columns,

  • Recommended option: add Remuneration Items. We then do the calculation to sum your items into “Variable bonuses” and “Fixed bonuses”. For now, the data will not be displayed granularly within the app.

  • Alternative option: use Optional Columns. Choose "On target bonus" and "Other individual / Group Bonus". In that case, you should enter the sum of all your Variable bonuses and Fixed bonuses.
