How to import your data
⚠ Choose only one of the two following options. Otherwise some compensation may be included twice.
In Data & Integrations > Spreadsheet > Columns,
Recommended option: add Remuneration Items. We then do the calculation to sum your items into “Variable bonuses” and “Fixed bonuses”. For now, the data will not be displayed granularly within the app.
Alternative option: use Optional Columns. Choose "On target bonus" and "Other individual / Group Bonus". In that case, you should enter the sum of all your Variable bonuses and Fixed bonuses.
