Setting up communication for your Compensation Review campaign

Learn how to configure automatic emails and manage manual communications for your compensation review process.

The communication setup in Figures allows you to automate key notifications and reminders for your compensation review campaign. This feature ensures that all reviewers are informed and engaged throughout the process.

Campaign launch notification

Configure an automatic email to be sent when your campaign starts:

  • Check the "Send email" box to enable this feature.

  • Use the WYSIWYG editor to customize the email content.

  • The email will be sent on the campaign start date you've set.

Reviewer reminders

Set up automatic reminder emails for reviewers with pending actions:

  • Check the "Enable emails" box to activate reminders.

  • Reminders are sent every Monday at 10:00 (UTC).

  • Additional reminders are sent 1 and 3 business days before the campaign end date.

These reminders help keep the review process on track and ensure timely completion.

Manual communication

Personal emails from someone within the company are often more effective than automated messages. That's why Figures provides you with a complete list of reviewer email addresses.

You'll find this list at the bottom of the Communication page. It allows you to send messages directly to your reviewers from your own company email system.

Use this option to:

  • Send personalized reminders

  • Communicate company-specific information

  • Ensure better engagement of reviewers in the process
