Inviting users and assigning roles
Go to
Account > Users' section
Click on
Invite user
and enter the email address of the person you wish to invite.Select the appropriate role for the new user from the
Permissions section
. Options include Administrator, HR, Recruiter, or Employee.Map the invited user to the corresponding employee in Figures. This is crucial as managerial permissions in Figures are derived from the direct and indirect reports of your employees, based on your HRIS data.
If inviting a Manager, Figures automatically assesses and assigns managerial permissions based on their direct and indirect reports.
Automatic role assignment for managers
Figures simplifies the process for managers by automatically granting them access to managerial features based on their direct and indirect reports. This ensures that managers have the necessary tools to oversee their teams' compensation data without manual intervention.
Managing permissions dynamically
Figures' permissions system is dynamic, adjusting access rights as team members' roles or responsibilities change. This means that when an employee gains or loses reports, their access as a manager is automatically updated.
