How to download performance ratings from your performance management tool and import it into Figures

Updated over 2 months ago

Before beginning your compensation review cycle, we recommend that you gather your performance information - it will make the process much smoother

Downloading performance ratings

Split by performance management tool, how to collect the information you need to import into Figures to run your compensation review cycle:

CultureAmp

We have a direct connection between Figures and CultureAmp, so you can sync performance ratings directly onto your employee profile ahead of a compensation review.

Leapsome

As an Admin, you can open the cycle that you want to export. You can download an Excel sheet with all qualitative and quantitative answers for each participant via 'Actions' > 'Export answers' and download an Excel sheet with all average scores for all participants via 'Export scores & status'.

Each export file will show columns with data like Questions, Question id, User’s id, User name, email, and the names of teams they belong to, organized by their role in the review cycle: Reviewee, Peer, Manager, Additional Manager, Direct Report and also organized by scores and comments received or any averages if applicable.

To extract and match the corresponding name and question data in the export files, we recommend using the VLOOKUP function in Excel for additional analysis.

Please note: In the export, the status ‘Not Started’ will be displayed as 'Incomplete'.

  2. In the Data check section > Performance ratings, click on Import ratings

  3. Connect CultureAmp, and configure it, or upload using a spreadsheet

  4. When using a spreadsheet, you can choose any terms for the performance rating, and we recommend using a VLOOKUP to bring the ratings downloaded from your Performance Management tool to complete column G (shown below completed).
