Learn how to monitor reviewer activity, budget usage, and overall progress in real-time during your active compensation review campaign.

As an admin, tracking reviewer progress is crucial for ensuring a smooth and timely compensation review process. The Reviewers tab in Figures provides powerful tools to monitor and manage reviewer activity effectively

Accessing the Reviewers tab

  • Navigate to your active compensation review campaign

  • Click on the "Reviewers" tab to access the progress tracking interface

Understanding the Reviewers list

The Reviewers list offers a comprehensive overview of each reviewer's activity.

Budget forecast shows both the allocated budget and current usage, allowing you to quickly identify any potential overspending.

The Progress column displays the number of completed reviews out of the total assigned, giving you an immediate sense of each reviewer's advancement.

Use this interface to:

  • Identify reviewers who are falling behind schedule

  • Check budget usage and spot any potential overruns

  • Get an overall sense of the review campaign's progress

Using the impersonation feature

Impersonation allows you to view the review process from a specific reviewer's perspective. To use this feature:

  • Find the reviewer you want to impersonate in the list

  • Click on the impersonation action button

While impersonating a reviewer, you can:

  • See exactly what the reviewer sees

  • Understand any challenges they might be facing

  • Act on their behalf to help them.

Remember to exit impersonation mode when you're done to return to your admin view.
