Selecting the right administrators for your compensation review campaign is crucial for maintaining proper oversight and control. While all account administrators have default access, Figures allows you to add specific individuals as campaign administrators, providing flexibility in managing your review process.
Default Administration
By default, all account administrators in Figures have full access to all compensation review campaigns. These admins can see all data and manage all aspects of every campaign.
Adding Ad-Hoc Administrators
For more granular control, you can add ad-hoc administrators to specific campaigns. This feature is particularly useful for:
Allowing HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to oversee campaigns for their specific business units
Granting temporary admin access to individuals who need it for a particular campaign (e.g. a CTO for a Tech team compensation review campaign)
Maintaining data privacy by limiting access to only relevant campaigns
Use ad-hoc admin roles to empower HRBPs or department heads without compromising overall data security
How to Add Campaign Admins
Navigate to the Compensation Review configuration
Select "Campaign admins"
Click the "Add new campaign admins" button in the top right corner
Enter the name of the person you want to add
Confirm the addition by clicking on Give access

Figures admins always have access to all campaigns and can see all data
Ad-hoc admins only have access to the specific campaigns they've been added to
Consider the principle of least privilege: only grant admin access to those who truly need it.
