Updated over a week ago

Prerequisites

Please read the following carefully to ensure you meet all the requirements to set up the integration:

To set up the integration with Lucca, your user roles must include:

  • Other > Lucca > Roles and API Key management

To check if you have this role:

  1. In the top right corner of the screen, click the cog icon.

  2. Select API keys.

(the screenshots can be mistranslated as they are AI generated)

  3. Ensure you can see the Generate a new API Key button.

If you cannot follow these steps, you do not have the necessary permissions to set up the integration. Please contact your system administrator to assign the Roles and API Key management role to your account.
