Figures

This guide requires you to be administrator of your Google Workplace account

Navigate to the <a href="https://admin.google.com" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Google Admin Console</a>

Under Apps, click on Web and mobile apps

Click on Add app, then Add custom SAML app

Provide a name (e.g: Figures SAML), then click on Continue

Choose the Option 2: Copy the SSO URL and certificate. Then click on Continue

Under ACS URL, enter <a href="https://app.figures.hr/api/auth/saml/callback" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://app.figures.hr/api/auth/saml/callback</a>

Under Entity ID, enter <a href="https://app.figures.hr" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://app.figures.hr</a>

Leave all other fields as they are, then click on Continue

Under Attributes, create 2 mappings. Make sure to respect the case.

1. Basic Information &gt; First name to <code>firstName</code>
2. Basic Information &gt; Last name to <code>lastName</code>

Click on User access to configure to which users/group to allow access to this integration

1. Navigate to the <a href="https://admin.google.com" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Google Admin Console</a>
2. Under Apps, click on Web and mobile apps
3. Click on Add app, then Add custom SAML app
4. Provide a name (e.g: Figures SAML), then click on Continue
5. Choose the Option 2: Copy the SSO URL and certificate. Then click on Continue
6. Under ACS URL, enter <a href="https://app.figures.hr/api/auth/saml/callback" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://app.figures.hr/api/auth/saml/callback</a>
7. Under Entity ID, enter <a href="https://app.figures.hr" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://app.figures.hr</a>
8. Leave all other fields as they are, then click on Continue
9. Under Attributes, create 2 mappings. Make sure to respect the case.
 1. Basic Information &gt; First name to <code>firstName</code>
 2. Basic Information &gt; Last name to <code>lastName</code>
10. Click Finish
11. Click on User access to configure to which users/group to allow access to this integration

Go to Figures <a href="https://app.figures.hr/account/settings" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Settings</a>

Scroll down until you find SAML SSO

Enter your SAML Entry Point, Issuer and Certificate. Those match the settings you've copied from Google before.

1. Entry Point corresponds to the SSO URL
2. Issuer is <a href="https://app.figures.hr" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://app.figures.hr</a>
3. Certificate corresponds to Certificate

1. Go to Figures <a href="https://app.figures.hr/account/settings" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Settings</a>
2. Scroll down until you find SAML SSO
3. Click on Configure
4. Enter your SAML Entry Point, Issuer and Certificate. Those match the settings you've copied from Google before.
 1. Entry Point corresponds to the SSO URL
 2. Issuer is <a href="https://app.figures.hr" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://app.figures.hr</a>
 3. Certificate corresponds to Certificate
5. Click Save
6. Click on Test integration
