Figures

This guide requires you to be administrator of your Okta account.

Navigate to your Okta administration dashboard

Under Applications, click on Applications

Select SAML 2.0 from the list, then click Next

Give your application a name (e.g: Figures SAML), then click Next

Under Single sign-on URL, enter <a href="https://app.figures.hr/api/auth/saml/callback" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://app.figures.hr/api/auth/saml/callback</a>

Under Audience URI, enter <a href="https://app.figures.hr" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://app.figures.hr</a>

Scroll down to Attribute Statements and add the following 2 entries. Make sure to respect the case.

1. <code>firstName</code> to <code>user.firstName</code>
2. <code>lastName</code> to <code>user.lastName</code>

Scroll down to the bottom of the page, then click Next

Answer the survey, then click on Finish. You will then be redirected to your new application.

Under Metadata details, click on More details

Copy the Sign on URL and the Signing Certificate. You will require them shortly.

At the top of the page, click on the Assignments tab

Assign relevant People or Groups to this application, depending on your needs. In order to test the integration, we recommend that you at least add yourself to start.

1. Navigate to your Okta administration dashboard
2. Under Applications, click on Applications
3. Click on Create App Integration
4. Select SAML 2.0 from the list, then click Next
5. Give your application a name (e.g: Figures SAML), then click Next
6. Under Single sign-on URL, enter <a href="https://app.figures.hr/api/auth/saml/callback" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://app.figures.hr/api/auth/saml/callback</a>
7. Under Audience URI, enter <a href="https://app.figures.hr" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://app.figures.hr</a>
8. Scroll down to Attribute Statements and add the following 2 entries. Make sure to respect the case.
 1. <code>firstName</code> to <code>user.firstName</code>
 2. <code>lastName</code> to <code>user.lastName</code>
9. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, then click Next
10. Answer the survey, then click on Finish. You will then be redirected to your new application.
11. Under Metadata details, click on More details
12. Copy the Sign on URL and the Signing Certificate. You will require them shortly.
13. At the top of the page, click on the Assignments tab

Scroll down until you find SAML SSO

Enter your SAML Entry Point, Issuer and Certificate. Those match the settings you've copied from Okta before.

1. Entry Point corresponds to the Sign on URL
2. Issuer is <a href="https://app.figures.hr" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://app.figures.hr</a>
3. Certificate corresponds to Signing Certificate

1. Go to <a href="https://app.figures.hr/account/settings" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Settings</a>
2. Scroll down until you find SAML SSO
3. Click on Configure
4. Enter your SAML Entry Point, Issuer and Certificate. Those match the settings you've copied from Okta before.
 1. Entry Point corresponds to the Sign on URL
 2. Issuer is <a href="https://app.figures.hr" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://app.figures.hr</a>
 3. Certificate corresponds to Signing Certificate
5. Click on Save
6. Click on Test integration
