Salary Bands

If you’re looking to revise your salary bands, project multiple scenarios for stakeholders (like adjusting all bands for inflation), or assess the budget and fairness impact of your compensation decisions—this feature is designed for you!
With salary band versioning, you can draft, iterate and fine-tune your compensation models before making them live, ensuring greater accuracy and alignment with internal goals.
And the best part? It helps you maintain a detailed history of all your compensation changes, boosting transparency across your organization.
How does it work?
Each new version is created by building on an existing one. To start a new scenario, simply choose the band you want to base it on, go to
Version History
and selectCreate a new version
. This duplicates the original version, saving you from starting from scratch. Now, you can experiment with changes freely!While drafting a new version, the current live version remains intact and your changes are kept unseen by other users until you permit visibility. When you make a draft live, the old version gets archived, so you can always look back at how things were before.
