In rare cases there will be the need to conduct some of the mapping on the Imported employees tab to finish your account set-up.
These cases are:
Levels are not being imported separately and therefore can’t be mapped on the mapping tab.
Some employees while having similar jobs titles, locations or levels, have different responsibilities and need to be mapped differently.
In both cases, it is necessary to conduct the mapping individually and this can only be done on the Imported employees tab.
So, in order to do so,
Open the Imported employees tab
Go to the unmapped employees
Click on the employee who’s mapping you want to work on
Enter the missing information
Once done, just click the button labeled Submit
