Mapping your employees to Figures locations is necessary to ensure that salaries are not just benchmarked against our entire data pool. It allows us to provide you with location specific benchmarks. The mapping of locations should be conducted on the mapping tab.

The location options per country for mapping on Figures are as follows:

  1. Specific city: For employees working in an office of yours in a city already listed.

  2. Other: For employees working in an office in a city not (yet) listed.

  3. Remote: For people with a special remote work contract.

To map your locations to the Figures equivalents, please choose the correct location from our dropdown menu on the mapping tab and click save. The best way to find a fitting location is to search by country.

But please note☝️: When mapping your employees to locations, please make sure to pick the location they are actually working from. Please do not pick the location that you would like to benchmark them against. A specific benchmark location can be chosen after you finished the set-up of your Figures account. This is part of what we call your geographic strategy, which can be defined on the tab labeled compensation policy.

Finaly, if you're missing a country in our dropdown menu, please reach out via the chat on our website and platform to let us know.
