Mapping your locations to Figures' is essential for obtaining location-specific salary benchmarks, providing more accurate data comparisons.
To map your locations to the Figures' equivalents, please choose the correct location from our dropdown menu on the mapping tab.
The location options per country for mapping on Figures are as follows:
Specific city: For employees working in an office of yours in a city already listed.
Other: For employees working in an office in a city not (yet) listed.
Remote: For people with a special remote work contract.
It's crucial to select the actual location your employees work from, rather than the location you want to benchmark them against. After completing the setup process, you will be able to define your geographic strategy and choose specific benchmark locations within the Compensation Policy tab.
