In order to map your levels on Figures, we defined a leveling framework of our own. You can find the detailed description here.
To map your levels to the Figures equivalents, please choose the correct level from our dropdown menu on the mapping tab.
Leveling grids differ ☝️
Please bear in mind that your own leveling grid may differ from ours. Maybe you have more levels or less, or you use them differently. Thus, please map according to the definition for each level rather than the name.
Individual Contributor levels
Individual contributor levels are defined as levels for, well, individual contributors. They should thus be assigned to everyone not managing other employees.
Manager levels
Manager levels are defined as levels for employees that manage other employees (teams, departments, business units) in their organization. They should therefore only be assigned to employees carrying that kind of responsibility.
