• A new infobox explains why an employee is being skipped.

• Another one provides details on why an employee cannot be mapped.

• A “Try to map the employee” button is now available when there’s no clear reason preventing mapping.

These changes give you better visibility into the mapping process and the ability to take action where possible.

💎 New data quality display for clearer insights

To provide more precise and actionable view of your benchmark data, we've updated the data labels, now presented as:

  • When you have more than one job in your benchmark search or result, you will see the detailed data quality of jobs. For example "Fair to Strong" with detailed informations :

  • When the data of one of the jobs is estimated, it will be display as "Hybrid". Hover to see more details :


✨ Figures AI becomes Figures Estimation

To clarify that our estimation do not rely on external AI tools and are Figures' data driven, reliable and based on in house data, we’ve renamed Figures AI to Figures Estimation. The data displayed under the label "Estimated" is:

  • Internally trained using Figures’ proprietary data.

  • Designed to provide reliable estimations where benchmark data is sparse.
