The integration between Figures and Lucca allows you to automatically synchronize employee data from Lucca to your Figures account, enabling daily data updates.

This guide aims to assist you in setting up this integration correctly and efficiently.

I. API Key Creation

💡 Make sure you have administrator access to the Lucca platform and your Figures account.

You can follow the instructions provided in this Lucca documentation to create your API key.

The permissions you need to grant to your API key depend on the module you are using to store compensation data in Lucca: Pagga Compensation, or HR Folder.

Specific Permissions for Pagga Compensation

  • Co-workers section

    View the Lucca employee data

(this permission provides access to employee administrative information such as Name, First Name, Work Location, Job Title, etc.)

  • Pagga Compensation section

    Consult individual situations

(this permission provides access to employee compensation information in Pagga Compensation)

Specific Permissions for HR File

  • Co-workers section

    View the Lucca employee data

(this permission provides access to employee administrative information such as Name, First Name, Work Location, Job Title, etc.)

  • Co-workers section

View the personnel file > My HR Info

(this permission provides access to employee compensation information in HR File)

💡 To enable integration if you're not using Pagga, it's necessary for salaries to be recorded in HR File in the format illustrated in the screenshot below:

II. Setting up the Integration

  1. Log in to your Figures account

  2. Access the integrations module: From the account section, go to the "Integrations" tab, search for "Lucca," and click on Connect.

3. Provide URL and API Key: On the Lucca section, provide the URL of the Lucca platform (in the format https://xxxx.ilucca.net) as well as the API key you previously created in Lucca. If wanted, you can also choose to anonymize employee data sent to Figures. Then click save.

4. Once the integration is saved for the first time, you'll have the option to add custom fields for seniority level, employee number, or variable bonus. You can select these details from the same Integration / Lucca / Connect tab.

5. Save to Complete: Once all information is provided, make sure to save in order to finalize the synchronization. Updates will automatically occur every 24 hours, but you can also manually trigger a synchronization if needed by clicking the red link below:

6. Automatic Synchronization: Once information is provided, data will automatically synchronize between Lucca and Figures. Employees will appear in Figures with an "unmapped" status.

7. Complete Missing Information: To finalize mapping, fill in missing information in the Mapping tab to establish correspondence between your data and Figures' data. Once all information is filled, automatic mapping of future employees will be possible if information is already completed in Figures.

You can also access each employee's file from the Imported Employees tab. A file will open to complete mandatory missing information (marked with *).
