Your company has decided to share salary bands with you through Figures.
This article explains how to create your account and what information you will find on the platform.
Create your account
Check your inbox for an invitation email from Figures.
Click the link in the email to access the account creation page.
Log in to the platform through your preferred method (Google, Microsoft, Email, SAML SSO).
Access your salary band
Once logged in, you land on the Salary Bands module.
Your salary range and the one above are displayed automatically based on your role and level. As well as your position in your salary range.
What you can see
Depending on what your company has chosen to share, you may see:
Your salary range: the minimum, midpoint, and maximum for your role and level.
Your position within that range.
The salary range for the level above yours.
The information displayed is set by your admins. Not all elements may be visible to everyone.
