On the mapping pages, you can search, select multiple unmapped items, and assign them in a single action. This feature is available for Jobs, Levels, and Locations.
Go to Salary Bands.
Open a salary grid.
Click Configuration.
In Group / Map, choose Jobs, Levels, or Locations.
Use the search bar at the top of the side panel to filter unmapped items by name. Items are sorted alphabetically.
Check the boxes to select one or more unmapped items.
Click Assign N selected on the target position card to assign all selected items at once.
The global selection (Select All) respects your current search: you can filter, select all results, and assign them in one click.
