We recently released a new direct Payfit x Figures integration. All information is available in this article:
By using the integration, your employee data will be automatically synced from your HRIS to Figures and always up-to-date. Above import/export will require manual data maintenance.
The PayFit integration works on an import / export basis, meaning you first need to export your Figures data, then import the resulting file in your Figures account.
You will find in your PayFit Employer back-office a new button named Export Figures under the Exports section.
You’ll be greeted with a list of your current employees. By clicking the Add informations for this employee button, you can add the necessary information for an employee : Job, Level, Location and whether or not they are a Cofounder of the company.
When you are satisfied, you can click the Export data button to generate an XLSX spreadsheet containing all of your employees data.
Back on Figures.hr, head over to the Integrations tab and search for PayFit in the list of HRMS.
In the PayFit panel, just upload your spreadsheet, click Send and voilà ! Your employees will now be visible in the “Imported Employees” tab where you can finish mapping them.
